Do you work with residential and commercial builders?
Yes. We partner with custom home builders and small commercial builders on new construction and remodel projects, coordinating with your schedule from prewire through final trim and turnover.

What low-voltage services do you provide for new construction?
We handle low-voltage prewire and installation for networking/Wi‑Fi, audio/video, TV locations, security cameras, and access control—planned from the drawings and installed cleanly and reliably.

Can you design and install Wi‑Fi and networking for restaurants, bars, and offices?
Yes. We install structured cabling and Wi‑Fi networks built for real-world use—POS connectivity, staff devices, guest Wi‑Fi, and reliable coverage throughout the space.

Do you run fiber inside the home to compatible equipment?
Yes. We can install in-home fiber runs when the project calls for it—typically from the network/AV closet to compatible equipment locations. We’ll help you plan the best pathways during prewire, install the correct fiber type for the application, terminate or patch it properly, and test the run so it’s ready for service.

Do you provide audio/video solutions for offices and conference rooms?
Yes.

We install and set up conference room A/V including displays, audio, and clean cable management for professional, dependable meetings.

Yes.

We mount TVs and commercial displays and can conceal wiring where possible for a clean, finished look (including soundbar mounting and full hookup).

Do you install in-wall speakers and prewire for future upgrades?
Yes.

We install in-wall/in-ceiling speakers and can prewire during construction so future upgrades are simple and cost-effective.

Do you install security camera systems?Yes. We plan coverage, run wiring cleanly, install cameras, configure the system, and set up remote viewing from anywhere

Do you supply the equipment, or can we provide our own?

What are the benefits of smart automation for homes in Texas?

Smart home automation offers a range of significant benefits for homeowners in Texas, enhancing everything from daily convenience to long-term financial savings and security. Given Texas's unique climate and energy landscape, many of these benefits are particularly impactful.

Here are the key advantages of smart automation for homes in Texas:

1. Energy Efficiency and Cost Savings

Texas homeowners often face high energy bills due to the need for extensive cooling during hot summers and heating in cooler months. Smart home devices can significantly mitigate these costs.

  • Smart Thermostats: These devices allow remote temperature control via a smartphone app and can learn household habits to create optimized heating and cooling schedules. The U.S. Department of Energy suggests that smart thermostats can reduce heating and cooling bills by over 8% annually. In Texas, where summer cooling costs are among the highest, smart thermostats can save homeowners an average of $50 annually. Some energy providers in Texas, like Oncor, even offer incentives such as $50 coupons for ENERGY STAR® certified smart thermostats.

  • Smart Lighting: Smart LED bulbs use less electricity than traditional bulbs and can be scheduled or controlled remotely. Many also include motion sensors, turning off lights in unoccupied rooms, further optimizing energy use.

  • Smart Plugs: These inexpensive gadgets help combat "phantom load" – the power consumed by electronics even when turned off. Smart plugs can cut power to devices not in use, reducing wasted energy.

  • Integration with Renewable Energy: Future smart homes in Texas are expected to integrate more effectively with renewable energy sources like wind and solar, allowing homeowners to monitor and manage energy usage in real-time, reducing utility bills and promoting sustainability.

  • Optimized HVAC Systems: Home automation can work with HVAC zoning systems to control temperatures room-by-room, balancing hot and cold spots, which is especially beneficial in Texas homes heavily reliant on air conditioning. Smart fans with motion sensors can also contribute to savings by turning off when a room is empty.

2. Enhanced Home Security

Property crime is a concern in urbanizing areas of Texas, making smart security systems a growing trend.

  • Remote Monitoring and Control: Smart security systems offer real-time alerts, remote monitoring, and the ability to control devices like smart cameras, motion sensors, and door locks via smartphones. This provides peace of mind, especially for those who travel frequently.

  • Advanced Features: Modern systems incorporate technologies like AI, 5G, and facial recognition for enhanced safety. They can differentiate between wildlife, weather, and genuine threats, reducing false alarms.

  • Smart Locks and Doorbells: Smart locks allow remote locking/unlocking and can be programmed for temporary access. Video doorbells enable homeowners to see and communicate with visitors from anywhere.

  • Integrated Systems: Smart security can be integrated with other smart home devices, for example, lights turning on automatically when a smart lock is opened.

3. Convenience and Comfort

Smart automation simplifies daily routines and creates a more comfortable living environment.

  • Centralized Control: Homeowners can manage various systems like lighting, temperature, and security from a single smartphone app or voice-activated assistant.

  • Automated Tasks: Devices can automate everyday tasks, such as adjusting lighting at sunset or setting the thermostat based on occupancy.

  • Personalized Experiences: Smart devices can learn preferences and patterns to create personalized schedules, ensuring a perfectly lit and climate-controlled space upon arrival.

  • Remote Access: The ability to control home systems remotely means you can adjust the AC on your way home or ensure doors are locked, even if you forgot.

4. Increased Home Value

Investing in smart home technology can positively impact a home's resale value and appeal, particularly in competitive markets like Texas.

  • Higher Resale Value: Smart home features can boost a home's resale value, with some research indicating an increase of up to 5%. Smart security systems, smart thermostats, and whole-home automation are among the highest ROI features.

  • Faster Sales: In Texas luxury markets, homes with integrated smart technology have been observed to sell 25% to 40% faster than comparable non-automated homes.

  • Attracting Buyers: Many buyers, especially millennials who are a dominant segment in Texas luxury markets, prioritize smart home infrastructure as a baseline feature in new construction. A significant percentage of American homebuyers are willing to pay a premium for smart homes.

  • Marketing Advantage: Highlighting smart devices and their benefits, such as energy savings, in marketing materials can make a home stand out.

In summary, smart automation offers Texas homeowners a powerful combination of reduced energy expenses, enhanced security, unparalleled convenience, and a potential boost in property value
